A woman who was accused of smuggling drugs into a prison inside her vagina apparently told officers she had no idea how they got there.

The Mirror reports that Dusty Rae Ingram was being processed into Okaloosa County Jail in Florida, U.S, when officers made the surprising discovery during a strip search.

The 38-year-old, from Crestview, is said to have had a plastic bag containing several pills stashed inside her lady bits.

Allegedly, she told prison officials what the tablets were and that she had a prescription for them, adding that she normally keeps them in her handbag.

However, she denied knowing how they ended up inside her genitals – maybe she sat on them?

Ingram was read her rights before admitting that she knew she wasn’t allowed to take pills into the jail, reports the Northwest Florida Daily News.

She has now been charged with introducing contraband into a detention facility, which is a felony. It is unclear if or when she will appear in court.

Next time, why not try baking them into a cake? It always worked in cartoons.
