Danielle Bregoli – better know on the World Wide Web as the Cash Me Ousside girl – has pleaded guilty to numerous charges in a Florida Juvenile Court.
The 14-year-old admitted to charges of filing a false police report, grand theft, grand theft auto as well as possession of marijuana. The three unrelated incidents occurred prior to her controversial rise to viral Internet fame, which has raised many questions about the exploitation of a minor.
You can watch her story unfold on CBS‘s Dr. Phil:

Two additional charges were dismissed by the state attorney’s office. They allege that Bregoli stole her mother’s purse, her car and falsely told the police her mum had been using heroin.
The charge of filing a false police report related to an incident that occurred in May 2015, when the authorities responded to a call at the house Bregoli shares with her mother, Barbara.
The teen had called police to report a domestic battery and, upon their arrival, claimed some powdered sugar spread out in the bathroom was an illegal narcotic.
Bregoli’s father, Ira Peskowitz, was also at the court session and told WPBF: “‘My daughter is being exploited. She posts 24-7. It’s controlled by an alleged management team that promotes absurd behaviour for a 14-year-old child.”
Peskowitz, amid fears his daughter is being groomed for a career in porn, requested a judge restrict her internet access. His request was denied. Danielle’s parents are currently locked in a bitter custody battle.

Bregoli has yet to confirm whether these legal proceedings will affect her tour which would see Danielle lip-sync, conduct a Q&A and invite fans up onstage to ‘joke around’.
The tour could make Bregoli $50,000 (£38,650) per show.
