If you’ve ever wanted to see how the cast of Game of Thrones got the gig then you’re in luck!

At the San Diego Comic Con, HBO released the audition tapes for several members of the famous show.

Now you can see how the likes of Rose Leslie, Gwendoline Christie, Pedro Pascal, Natalie Dormer and Kristofer Hivju earned the roles which made them famous.

And it’s pretty fascinating to watch Brienne of Tarth, Missandei and Margaery utter some of their most popular lines for the very first time.

But it’s an already bearded Hivju spitting out carrot to earn the part of Tormund Giantsbane which is the undoubted highlight of this one.
