Chris Brown’s former girlfriend and now alleged victim of his abuse has put together harrowing court documents outlining his violence.
Karrueche Tran is preparing to face the singer in court on Thursday, where the judge will decide on what sentence to give him in light to the reported abuse she received.
TMZ revealed the 28-year-old model has already tried to take out a temporary restraining order on the popstar, but he’s so far evaded it three times.
A judge issued an emergency order, stating Brown – who’s history of violence toward ex Rihanna is well documented – must stay away from her after threatening to shoot Tran.
The documents also suggested Brown had allegedly and disturbingly told friends that if he couldn’t have Tran, then ‘no-one else could’…
The unnerving documents also stated Chris had ‘brutalised’ her, punched her in the stomach and thrown her down the stairs.
To add to the horror of the situation, it has been reported one of Karrueche’s friends had also ordered a restraining order against the musician.
It has been previously reported that Brown had tried to imply his ex-girlfriend had been lying, but in the hearing this week, she is set on proving he’s a huge threat to her.
Karrueche is hoping her ex will be issued with a permanent restraining order for at least three years, or face a jail sentence.
Sources close to the alleged victim say she is not afraid to take the stand and swear under oath that Brown had been just as aggressive to her as he was to Rihanna.
The court case will be heard on Thursday.
