The infamous couple who had sex while ordering a 12 inch pepperoni pizza in a Scarborough Domino’s now face police action.

Daniella Hirst, 28, and Craig Smith, 31, were captured on CCTV engaging in sexual activity in public in February. The video was shared to Twitter and immediately went viral – because that’s the world we live in – and now Hirst faces arrest.

Meanwhile, due to a quirk in indecency laws, Smith has not been reprimanded for his part to play in the incident.

Hirst The Sun:

They said they had to investigate a public indecency offence because my arse was on show in the video.

Never mind the fact me and Craig had sex up against the counter or that I gave him a blow job moments before.

Craig is apparently in the clear because his clothes stayed on. You couldn’t make it up.

The couple, from Bridlington, East Yorks, have told the press how they enjoy sex in public places and Daniella claims she loves ‘the thrill of getting caught’.

Unfortunately for her, getting caught has now landed her in hot water with the authorities.

Hirst added:

The footage would never have appeared had someone not leaked it, so if I get into trouble then I fully expect Domino’s to face action too.

It’s not fair. I still can’t believe that Craig isn’t facing any action either.

To be fair, this is something of nothing. Everybody we know has had sex in risky places. It’s just one of them things that people do.

Hirst was due to attend Scarborough Police Station for a voluntary interview but failed to turn up.

She now faces arrest, which seems a little unfair as it took two to dance this tango.
