Don’t Let Ariana Grande Into Your Doughnut Shop

It’s probably the hottest story on the internet today and it’s unsurprisingly really. Ariana Grande and the use of her tongue is always going to be a big topic…

The story goes that the singer walked into a doughnut shop in Cali then proceeded to “maliciously lick” the sugary little bastards as they lay on a tray in front of her. I’m sure some weirdos out there would pay good money for said licked doughnuts, but the overall consensus has been quite negative online. So much so that she has made headlines on every single news website the world over (including this one, sigh) and has even had a visit from the police.

Leaked footage from the shop’s security camera was published by every celebrity’s best friend, TMZ, and has since gone pretty viral (2.7 million views) in the space of 24 hours.

However, she’s not just making headlines for what she did, but also because of what she allegedly said.

When a fresh tray of doughnuts is brought out, Grande can be heard saying: “What the f*ck is that? I hate Americans. I hate America. That’s disgusting.” Which is pretty rich coming from someone who just tongue-punched a handful of display doughnuts.

But each to their own.

The 22-year-old has since apologised for her actions, stating that she extremely proud to be an American and that she loves her country. She then goes on to state that Americans need to watch what they are eating, and putting into their bodies. Which, I can agree with, I’m a promoter of healthy eating.

But I also enjoy eating doughnuts that don’t have the tongue grease of a 22-year-old woman on them.
