It’s here folks, the Shelby’s are back – the new trailer for season four of Peaky Blinders has just dropped and it looks amazing!
There’s been major hype around the popular show and Cillian Murphy has said the latest series will go back to its roots, and judging by the trailer it looks like he was bang on the money.
The trailer starts with Murphy’s iconic piercing blue eyes and what looks like an emotionally charged set of events:

Tom Hardy looks typically menacing as only Tom can, and quite frankly we can’t wait.
We see Polly bleeding, classic gun fights, fires roaring and we also get a quick glimpse of Adrien Brody’s new character.
Stephen Knight is returning to pen the whole season, which will take place six months after we last visited the Shelby family – when the gangsters are out of prison and running the streets of Birmingham again.
An official teaser from the BBC says Tommy receives a mysterious letter on Christmas Eve which tells him the Peaky Blinders are in dire straits.
They say:
As the enemy closes in, Shelby flees his country house and returns to the streets of Small Heath, Birmingham where a fight for survival begins…
In an interview with BBC, Digital Spy report Murphy had this to say:
I think his family think that he’s betrayed them, and it will be up to Tommy to demonstrate to them that he hasn’t betrayed them, and that he has a bigger plan.
The question is what that bigger plan is. Who is he going to call? What’s going to happen to the family? Can he ever get that level of trust or love back again?
