Great news for all rich bastards in London: there’s going to be a massive glass swimming pool suspended between two buildings in Central London.

You can literally float through the skies of London.

The pool will sit about 115 feet in the air, and is only accessible to people who live in the new flat complex in Battersea where the pool is located. The pool will be 25-metres long, and developers claim the ‘sky pool’ will be the first of its kind in the world.

Residents will be treated to views of the Houses of Parliament, from the spa and summer bar that accompany the pool. Prices in the flat complex start at over £600,000, so if you want to take a dip in it you’re going have to start saving.

Sean Mulryan, CEO of Ballymore, the developers building this massive floating glass tank, said:

My vision for the sky pool stemmed from a desire to push the boundaries in the capability of construction and engineering, I wanted to do something that had never been done before.

The experience of the pool will be truly unique, it will feel like floating through the air in central London.

The apartments are due to be complete in 2017.
