GettyPlayboy’s Miss November 1992 has claimed that she is being unfairly denied a gun licence by the New York Police Department.
Stephanie Edward thinks that the NYPD are punishing her for suing them for $1.2 million – which she won – back in 2012, after claiming they threw her to the ground with excessive force.
The married model, who also has a child, had previously been involved in several incidents with police, both as a victim and perpetrator, with complaints involving a roommate and her husband cited by police as reasons for the refusal.
Not only did the NYPD deny her claims, they also used a photo of her in a police outfit, holding a fake gun as a reason for their denial.
