Georgia Toffolo has hit back at online trolls who made nasty comments after photos of her kissing her new boyfriend, Charles Goode, emerged.
Pictures of 23-year-old Toff kissing her new man were posted yesterday (6 January), resulting in some trolls leaving vicious and completely uncalled for comments.
She took to Twitter to remind people (not that she should have to), how we should be ‘making each other feel confident, not being cruel and unkind’. We hear you, Toff.
Charles Goode, who was once in a relationship with Prince Harry’s ex, Chelsy Davy, is a high-end British jeweller and designer.
Toff, who was crowned last year’s Queen of the Jungle on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! was allowed to wear ‘banned’ make-up on the show.
The reality TV star was spotted by eagle-eyed viewers to be wearing make up, which turned out to be concealer.
A source said told The Sun:
Georgia has always had problems with her skin, but her treatment is sun sensitive so she’s unable to use it in the jungle.
She’s been allowed access to concealer on medical grounds. It’s annoyed other female campmates who are jealous.
She also mentioned her skin when she was interviewed after the jungle, on ITV‘s This Morning.
She told Holly and Phil:
My skin hasn’t been like this since I was 12 years old! If I’m being honest, I hid behind makeup.
I never would have admitted that before doing the jungle – I wear a lot of makeup to cover up my spots.
Fellow celebrities were quick to have Toff’s back following her tweet.
Gogglebox star-turned presenter, Scarlett Moffatt replied to Toff’s tweet, saying:
Toff you are a beautiful soul! Inside and out! I’ve learnt that not everybody is kind, but don’t let their negativity bring you down.
You are living the dream my lovely.
Celebs Go Dating expert Nadia Essex added:
Omg that is disgraceful!!! You are beautiful inside and out and anyone who says otherwise is clearly a miserable so and so.
Please don’t listen and don’t let the nasty words penetrate. We ALL think you are gorgeous. We ALL love you.
Ratchet clothing designer said:
Imagine, but look who won in the end! Don’t worry about peoples opinions you won the UK over anyway.
Yet it wasn’t just people in the world of celebrity – hoards of Toff fans jumped to the Made In Chelsea star’s defence, with one person writing:
Why do people think it’s ok to say hurtful things just because they’re hiding behind a keyboard?! Words hurt.
You are a beautiful person, inside and out. Ignore negative people, obviously something lacking in their life!
Another added:
Toff you are absolutely beautiful inside and out if people can not say nice things don’t say anything at all me and my family always get negativity unfortunately it’s what we get from been on tele simply be nice no-one knows what we all go through in our private lives.
Listen to the fans Toff and not the trolls.
