A shocked girl was mortified this weekend when she found a photo of herself being used in an extremely freaky way.

While browsing Instagram, Jessica Hunt discovered a photo of herself in her kitchen, in a green dress, that was being used by a complete stranger because that’s a thing normal people do.

If stealing some one’s pic isn’t creepy enough things unfortunately get even weirder, as the photo thief had also doctored the picture of Jessica so it had a completely different face, The Mirror reports.

Jessica wrote on Twitter:

OH MY GOD,That is my body and my house but who’s face is that!?!? Catfish game is getting silly.

Jessica’s followers were quick to judge the person using her photo…

In case you don’t know catfishing is the practice of a creating a fake social networking profile with the intention of deceiving people online usually for nefarious reasons.

Here’s hoping that whoever was borrowing Jessica’s photos was trying their hand at imitation, it’s the highest form of flattery, and not some weird pervert trying to deceive others
