This happened to a JCPenney sales assistant in America, who was sent home for wearing an inappropriate pair of shorts that she bought in her store.
Now 17-year-old Sylva Stoel has taken to Twitter to blast the company, posting pictures of herself in the offending shorts.

A spokesperson for JCPenney told People:
JCPenney’s dress code policy for store associates prohibits the wearing of shorts of any length. This policy applies to both male and female associates. We have reached out to the associate who blogged about this policy, but she has not returned our telephone calls thus far.
Sylva claims she was never told this when she started working there, however.
Unsurprisingly, she doesn’t work there anymore.
