Another day, another end of the world prediction, this time coming in from of the Egyptian Pharaohs.
Okay, not quite the Pharaohs but from the ancient pyramids erected in their honour – more specifically The Great Pyramid of Giza.
The ancient pyramid is the oldest of the Seven Wonders Of The Ancient World , completed in around 2500 BC and taking a staggering 85 years to build. Its construction remains a mystery, with some crackpot theorists even believe it was made by aliens.
The Pharaohs that ruled over the Egyptian Empire were said to be fascinated by space, to the point of near obsession, according to Egyptologists.
They believed the pyramids were aligned to the planet’s solar system with hieroglyphics suggesting they made contact with ‘ancient astronauts’ who came in UFOs, whom they worshipped as Gods.
At this point you’re going to have to take this with a pinch of salt, one minute you’re thinking this an ancient history lesson, the next thing you know it’s turning into a science fiction screenplay written by James Cameron.
Things get even more intriguing – and quite possibly absurd depending on your level of cynicism – after an ‘amateur stargazer’ has claimed to have cracked a secret code within the Great Pyramid Of Giza that foretells the end of the world.
The Doomsayer is a Christian Numerologist, David Meade, who studies the belief of numbers’ divine and mystical relationship with one or more coinciding events.
According to the Daily Star:
Meade matched the positions of heavenly bodies with Bible verses, to work out the world will end when a giant planet called Nibiru or Planet X crashes into Earth.
According to his ‘detailed analysis’, Niburu will first appear in our skies’ on 23 September this year and crash into Gaia – that’s what the Ancient Greeks called Earth – sometime in October. Meade thinks the Great Pyramid is a date marker for September 23 this year.
I think we’ve officially walked into Stargate territory at this point.
For Meade this isn’t some crackpot theory, he’s convinced the end is nigh. He’s so certain, the prediction made its way into his book Planet X – The 2017 Arrival, which gained coverage from both mainstream media in the UK and the U.S. No word on whether the book was a New York Times Bestseller.
The Daily Star writes that his theories have drummed up support from ‘a number of Christian fanatics’. They claim a rare solar eclipse will cover The States in ‘darkness’ come August 21…
Meade says:
It is very strange indeed that both the Great Sign of Revelation 12 and the Great Pyramid of Giza both point us to one precise moment in time – September 20 to 23, 2017.
Is this the end of the Church Age and the transition to the Day of the Lord?
There couldn’t be two greater witnesses.
He also states the oldest Wonder Of The Ancient World is the ‘most accurately aligned structure in existence’, explaining the pyramid truly faces to the north, with only a 3/60th margin of error and is located ‘at the centre of the land mass of the Earth’.
He explains:
The east/west parallel that crosses the most land and the north/south meridian that crosses the most land intersect in two places on the Earth – one in the ocean and the other at the Great Pyramid
Meade also discovered two tunnels, which are key to this theory, which are set at specific angles within Giza that will mark ‘significant points in the sky’ after 20 September.
While many of you might scoff at the notion that the apocalypse is on the horizon, Meade urges:
Review the facts – it was built five millennia ago, by someone who possessed a supernaturally high level of knowledge.
We’ve never found bodies, treasures or hieroglyphics in the Pyramid. It’s a date marker to this fall [autumn] – 2017.
Why would someone over 5,000 years ago build such a structure with perhaps only one purpose – to lead us to a date this year and this fall?
Pretty heavy reading for a Monday, right?
So what do you think – is the world going to end or shall we all bury our heads in the sand and act like nothing’s wrong?
Sound off in the comments.
