The misguided newlywed fired the weapon in celebration, but failed to fully realise the extensive force of the automatic rifle.
Shots were spattered clumsily into the crowd of terrified wedding guests, hitting the professional photographer who had been there to record what should’ve been a happy event.
GettyFootage has been released that shows the exact moment that celebrations descended into chaos, as plates of food are sent crashing to the floor.
It is apparent that the irresponsible man was attempting to fire the AK-47 into the sky, but was unable to keep control of the dangerous weapon which instead pointed directly at seated guests.

The photographer was immediately taken to the Bhannes Medical Center by relatives of the groom. However, as of yet, the extent and nature of his injuries remain unknown.
However, the violence of the evening continued to escalate as some of the wedding guests barged into the hospital, proceeding to attack the doctors who were tending to the photographer’s injuries.
One member of staff suffered a broken eye socket and will have to undergo surgery. The reasoning behind this strange and vicious assault is yet to be understood with The Daily Star Lebanon reporting that this was ‘the latest in a string of attacks on hospitals’.
jorge vermaak/YouTubeExecutive Director at Bhannes Medical Center, Michel Chahine, has spoken out about the dramatic moment that those treating a victim also got hurt:
I honestly do not have an explanation why they did that… They brought a victim of their actions [to the hospital], then began hitting those trying to tend to the victim.
