Padlock ear – the latest prank trend to hit the Twittersphere.

The premise is as simple as it sounds, pranksters are putting padlocks in those big stretched holes people – for some bizarre reason – put in their ears. You know the ones, the big plastic rings that deform the lobe, otherwise known as flesh tunnels.
