Guy ‘Steals Police Car, Live Streams 120mph Chase On Facebook’

This is the crazy moment a 25-year-old live streamed his escape from police after stealing one of their cars.

John Pinney, from Tulsa, Oklahoma, went on a terrifying 30-40 minute high speed chase from police which he kept thousands of Facebook users up to date with by streaming the entirety of the chase from one of the officer’s iPads.

In total Pinney filmed four live videos, in one of which he he struggles finding the police car’s sirens saying ‘I’m in the cop car, where’s my sirens at?’. But before long he does indeed find the sirens and yells ‘You hear my sirens? Look, check it out’, reports the Daily Star.

At an earlier point in the same clip, Pinney says ‘So I got cops behind me’ before showing viewers the pursuit of police behind his car, adding ‘this is the shit I wanna go out to’.

It is claimed that police were chasing Pinney throughout the pursuit at speeds of around 120mph.

Police have also claimed that Pinney stole the car when he noticed it was left unattended with the keys in the ignition.

In one of the other videos Pinney claims ‘I can’t even believe that I’m doing this though, for real. I’ve got away from like five cops already’.

Pinney was arrested shortly after the incident when he pulled into his driveway.
