Here’s How To Make Honey Sriracha Chicken Poppers

Ingredients:

– 500g chicken breast
– 1 tbsp five spice
– Salt & pepper
– Plain flour
– Eggs
– Breadcrumbs
– 50g butter
– 150ml sriracha
– 100ml honey

Method:

First, mix the chicken with five spice and seasoning.

Next, dip the chicken in flour, egg and breadcrumbs.

Then fry at 180 degrees Celsius until golden brown.

Melt the butter in a frying pan, then add in the sriracha and honey and allow to reduce to a glaze.

Pour in the chicken and cook for three minutes until the meat is cooked through.

Now, enjoy.
