Ingredients:
Jam Sponge
– 60g butter
– 60g caster sugar
– 60g self-raising flour
– 1 egg
– 1 tsp vanilla essence
– 25ml milk
– Strawberry jam
Nutella Brownie
– 30g Nutella
– 30g self-raising flour
– 20g cocoa powder
– 1 egg
– 25ml milk
– 20ml oil
– 20g caster sugar
Cinnamon Swirl Cake
– 55g plain flour
– 15g caster sugar
– 1/4 tsp baking powder
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– 40ml milk
– 1 tsp oil
– Cinnamon syrup
– Cream cheese icing
Apple Crumble
– 2 apples
– 30g plain flour
– 30g butter
– 45g granola
– 20g dark brown sugar
– 1 tsp cinnamon
Method:
Jam Sponge
Pour in the sugar, butter and flour.
Then add in the egg and vanilla essence. Whisk.
Then stir in the milk. Microwave for three minutes.
Nutella Brownie
First, mix together the Nutella and the flour.
Then add in the cocoa powder, egg and sugar.
And finally mix in the milk. Microwave for three minutes.
Cinnamon Swirl Cake
First, pipe on the cinnamon syrup.
Then add in the butter, flour and milk.
And the egg and sugar.
Add in the cinnamon and top with syrup. Microwave for three minutes.
Apple Crumble
Mix together the two diced apples with the flour, sugar and cinnamon.
For the top, mix together granola, sugar, butter and cinnamon.
Top the apple with the crumble mix. Microwave for three minutes.
