Ingredients:
400g caster sugar
120ml milk
250g peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
300g milk chocolate
Method:
First, combine the sugar and milk. Boil for 5 minutes.
Take off the heat and whisk in the peanut butter and vanilla extract.
Pour into cupcake papers and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Once hardened, dip the peanut butter fudge in melted milk chocolate. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Now, enjoy.
