Ingredients:
– 8 hash browns
– 14 sausages
– 3 portobello mushrooms
– 12 bacon rashers
– 6 eggs
– 120g cherry tomatoes
– Baked beans
Method:
First, line hash browns in a tray and cook for 10 minutes at 200 degrees celsius.

Then add in a layer of sausages and cook for a further 15-20 minutes at the same temperature.

Then chop each mushroom in half and layer again.

Weave the bacon into a lattice and place on top of the casserole dish. Cook for a further 10 minutes.

Fry the eggs and spread them across the bacon.

Top with tomatoes and bake for a final 5-10 minutes.

To serve, pour over hot baked beans.
