Ingredients:
For the Oreo layer:
– 450g Oreos
– 180g butter
For the cookie dough:
– 115g butter
– 170g sugar
– 460g plain flour
– 1 can condensed milk
– 75g chocolate chips
To decorate:
– 300g white chocolate

Method:
First, split up your Oreos.

In a blender, blitz the Oreo biscuits. Keep the cream back.

Then mix in the melted butter.

Set in a lined tin for 30 minutes in the fridge.

For the cookie dough layer, cream together sugar and butter.

Then fold in the condensed milk.

And finally the flour and chocolate chips.

Press the cookie dough into the tin and refrigerate for one hour.

Portion it into cubes.

And then dip into melted white chocolate, mixed with the leftover Oreo creams. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
