Here’s How You Make Fruit Salsa Nachos

Ingredients:

– 3 tortilla wraps
– 100g light brown sugar
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– 250g strawberries
– 2 kiwis
– 300g raspberries
– 1 tbsp raspberry jam
– 1 tsp water

Method:

For the nachos, slice the tortillas into wedges.

Place the wedges onto a cooling rack, before spraying them lightly with oil.

Then mix the sugar and cinnamon together.

Sprinkle on top of the nachos and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 8 minutes.

Chop the strawberries and kiwi.

Then mix together with raspberries, jam and water.

To serve, place the dip in the centre of the plate and stack up your nachos.

Now, enjoy.
