Ingredients:
For the flapjack:
– 200g butter
– 200g golden syrup
– 200g light brown sugar
– 1 Lion bar
– 3 Reese’s Pieces
– 400g oats
For the milkshake:
– 2 large scoops of vanilla ice cream
– 2 tbsp light brown sugar
– 12 mint leaves
– 200ml milk
Method:
First, combine the butter, golden syrup and light brown sugar in a bowl.
Melt those ingredients in a pan.
Meanwhile, mix together the Lion bar, Reese’s Pieces and oats in a bowl.
To finish the flapjack mix, combine the melted ingredients with the dry ingredients.
Mix well and pour into a tin, allowing it to set in the fridge.
For the milkshake, blitz the ice cream, sugar, mint and milk in a food processor.
