Riders tackling the gruelling second stage of this year’s Tour de France were greeted by an ingeniously placed piece of graffiti…
Pranksters daubed a giant penis in the middle of the road on the 183km stage from Saint-Lo to Cherbourg, forcing the competitors to roll over the massive phallic distraction on live television.
And, of course, viewers were quick to notice it – and again, of course, post it to Twitter:

Peter Sagan is currently heading up the leaderboard, while the highest placed Brit is last year’s winner, Chris Froome, who is currently sitting back in fourth place.
Well, it may be the biggest helmet I’ve ever seen on the Tour de France, but it’s certainly not the biggest dick – we’re looking at you Lance Armstrong…
