Women who don’t agree to ISIS’ severe dress code are being lashed with a spiked metal torture device called ‘The Biter’, it has been reported.

Refugees fleeing the terror group in Mosul, Iraq, say the tool is similar to a medieval torture device which rips off pieces of skin.

Fatima, a 22-year-old former school director who fled the ISIS stronghold in Mosul earlier this month, told The Independent:

The Biter has become a nightmare for us. My sister was punished so harshly last month because she had forgotten her gloves and left them at home.

Under Islamic State’s radical interpretation of Islam, women must be veiled, and wear loose trousers, socks and gloves, so no skin is showing.

If these innocent women do not adhere to the strict dress code, they await severe punishments.

One example of this brutality is that of a 17-year-old girl who was beaten to death in July last year by ISIS’ ‘female gestapo’ simply for looking at clothes in a shop.

Egyptian media reported that the teenager was attacked by Russian-born extremists after she lifted her veil to browse for clothes in Mosul.

It’s believed these Russian women are part of the Al-Khansa brigade, which is conducting a horrific campaign of terror against their own gender.

Local residents speaking to Ahram said the woman was also attacked as she also wasn’t following ISIS’ bizarre colour-coding for women – black for married women, white for single, blue for divorced, and green for widows.

The woman was among a group of 12 who were attacked by thugs, but she went on to die from her wounds.
