Fans of Jersey Shore rejoice, it looks like your favourite reality TV programme may be making a comeback.
According to NJ.com the cast of the hit MTV show were spotted last month filming at Point Pleasant Beach and Asbury Park for a reunion show.
Speaking to the Asbury Park Press Toby Wolf, the director of marketing for Jenkinson’s Boardwalk in Point Pleasant Beach said he saw Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and Jenni “JWoww” Farley, having dinner and playing games on June 16.
Despite this MTV have denied the rumours saying that they have no part in the project but many speculate they’re simply trying to keep the reunion a secret.

The cast have certainly done nothing to squash rumours of their return sharing pictures of their reunion all over social media.
Adding to speculation are reports from local business owners that the producers asked for permission to film at various locations in New Jersey, including the Langosta Lounge.
A spokesperson said:
They called 10 days before they wanted to film and we said no freaking way, it’ll be bad publicity.
Similarly producers allegedly applied to film in Seaside Heights where the original series took place but the request was denied.
More of a concept than a journalist, Tom Percival was forged in the bowels of Salford University from which he emerged grasping a Masters in journalism.
Since then his rise has been described by himself as ‘meteoric’ rising to the esteemed rank of Social Editor at UNILAD as well as working at the BBC, Manchester Evening News, and ITV.
He credits his success to three core techniques, name repetition, personality mirroring, and never breaking off a handshake.
