Maynard is famous for his self-titled channel where he posts vlogs, challenges, and occasional comedy skit videos for his 1.4 million subscribers.
He was a presenter for Made In Bristol’s The Source, a show dedicated to bringing locals the latest in everything from entertainment to food and drink.

Why did Jack Maynard leave I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here?
After just three days of the series, Jack left the Jungle Camp of I’m a Celebrity…Get Me out Of Here!, following allegations he had posted racist and homophobic slurs before he joined the show.
Further allegations emerged claiming Maynard had requested a 14-year-old girl send him nude pictures.
At the time a spokesperson for the YouTube star released a statement confirming the 23-year-old was leaving the jungle:
In the last few days Jack has been the subject of a succession of media stories which, given his position as a contestant on ‘I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here’ – filmed in the Australian jungle, with no contact with the outside world, he has been unable to respond to.
Since it is only fair that everyone should be aware of any allegations made against them and should also have the right to defend themselves, it was agreed that it would be better to bring him out of the show.
What happened to Jack Maynard?
During an interview on Good Morning Britain in March 2018, Jack explained how producers broke the news and told him he had to leave the show.
He told presenters Susanna Reid and Ben Shephard:
It was pretty horrible – it was quite scary to be honest because I got taken out first thing in the morning and didn’t really know what was going on.
Jack missed out on his £25,000 fee due to an ‘unwritten rule’ which states celebrities must remain in the jungle for 72 hours in order to receive it. Boasting a whopping 1,195,687 subscribers on YouTube, Jack was the first vlogger to enter the celebrity jungle.

Yes. Conor is a musician who, after appearing on television, signed to Parlophone Records in 2012.
Maynard rose to success in when he was nominated for, and subsequently won, MTV’s Brand New for 2012 award. His debut single, Can’t Say No, was released in the UK on 15 April 2012. His last single was 2017’s Caught Up on You.

Following the first found tweets where he posted homophobic comments, Jack was criticised at the end of 2017 for posting a joke regarding rape.

In another tweet, from earlier in the same year, Jack replied to a fan adding: “I raped her… haha.” Jack apologised for the incident and said he was ‘naïve’, ‘stupid’ and ‘totally wrong’.
