Jamie Oliver Slams ‘Boris F*cking Johnson’ In Furious Online Rant

Jamie Oliver really isn’t happy with Boris Johnson potentially becoming British prime minister in the aftermath of the EU referendum.

Pleading with and echoing the views of many among the British public, Oliver begged the UK to stop ‘Boris fucking Johnson’ from becoming Britain’s next PM.

Johnson, a leading figure in the Brexit campaign and flamboyant former mayor of London, is – unfortunately to most – the overwhelming favourite to succeed David Cameron when he steps down.

But in an Instagram post, Oliver, who voted Remain, said that while he could live with the decision of Britain leaving the EU, he could not handle Boris Johnson being handed the keys to No 10, the Guardian reports.

A thought for Great Britain… PLEASE READ.. For the last two years, I have been filming all over the world in places where people live the longest, healthiest, happiest and most productive lives studying there food and culture. And now I finish my journey on the beautiful island of Sardinia, where at the end of the day’s filming, as the sun set – I looked back and saw the European flag. For me.. symbolic and very sad. After saying the referendum has ‘fractured Europe, divided families and split the country,’ he wrote:

It’s probably fair to say these comments aren’t far off from the views of a lot of people in Britain right now.

The message, entitled ‘A thought for Great Britain’, was posted on Instagram on Monday morning. It’s already been viewed by more than 268,000 people.

Oliver has hinted at his obvious disdain for Boris Johnson in the past when he announced his intention to vote Remain last week.

At the time, he wrote on Instagram:

I simply don’t have faith or confidence in the individuals heading up the out campaign to see this through. The EU isn’t perfect but I think we’re stronger together.

Hi guys like many of you I’ve been thinking long and hard about the right way to vote in tomorrow’s EU referendum. Unfortunately though, the ability of Oliver (or the public) to stop Johnson may be pretty limited considering the next prime minister won’t be chosen by the British public, but by Conservative MPs and party members.

But despite Johnson being the bookies’ (unfortunate) favourite, he’ll still face a battle to be the next Tory leader. The home secretary, Theresa May, who took a low-key role in the Remain campaign, is also a frontrunner for PM.

Neither of them, however, would probably be Britain’s number one choice for the country’s next leader.
