WWE superstar, John Cena is nothing if not a chameleon.
We’ve seen the 16-time World Championship belt holder – and SmackDown Hall of Famer – in many guises during John Cena‘s glittering career.
The 39-year-old has worn a wig and pantsuit to portray Hillary Clinton, donned camo for his role in feature film The Marine and has even released a rap album titled You Can’t See Me.

But his latest role pays homage to his famous catch phrase is the most literal sense.
John Cena has been drafted in to lend a voice to Ernie the Elephant, an animated mascot for Wonderful Pistachio nuts.
Ernie the Elephant embarked on his ‘Get Cracking’ campaign last year, and has seen Cena voice over clips in the supermarket and tattoo parlour alongside Seattle Seahawks Cornerback, Richard Sherman.
Wow, @JohnCena has 16 World Championship titles. I don’t think I’d step in a ring with him, and I’m an enormous elephant.

The latest commercial – a Superbowl special – sees Ernie working out on the treadmill with his trusty source of protein, before loosing his step and causing carnage.
While Ernie is not the most graceful display of Cena’s athletic – or acting – prowess, it seems the mascot is making up for it by stroking Cena’s ego on social media.
The advert was for health food brand Wonderful who are promoting their products ahead of Sunday’s Superbowl clash between the New England Patriots and the Atlanta Falcons.
