Kim Jong-un and his late father Kim Jong-Il did WHAT?!
It’s been reported the pair used fraudulent Brazilian passports to apply for visas to visit Western countries in the 1990s.
It’s been rumoured for a while now how North Korea’s dynasty have used travel documents gained under less than conventional pretences, but examples have been few and far between.

A senior western security source told Reuters:
They used these Brazilian passports, which clearly show the photographs of Kim Jong-un and Kim Jong Il, to attempt to obtain visas from foreign embassies.
This shows the desire for travel and points to the ruling family’s attempts to build a possible escape route.
The decade-long travel documents carry a stamp reading: ‘Embassy of Brazil in Prague.’ They have an issue date of 26 February 1996.
Last month, the North Korean leader was said to be ‘on the verge of death.’
Health experts have expressed concern for a very different reason after watching Kim – believed to be about 34-years-old – spew yet more threats towards his sworn enemies.
Professor Cho Dong-uk from Chungnam State University has speculated he could be suffering from kidney problems, report the Korea Times.
Cho has apparently sampled sounds from parts of Kim’s mouth – such sounds are said to indicate disease specific to particular body organs.
This isn’t the first time Kim’s health has come under scrutiny. In recent photographs, it seemed as if he’d put weight on and appeared visibly sweaty.
Previous reports have suggested Kim has suffered from various conditions, despite his relatively young age, including gout, diabetes, heart disease and hypertension.
Rumours have been circulating for years about Kim’s rich wining and dining habits – in a country where many people are believed to have starved to death.
His fondness for cheese is well known, and this has sometimes been taken to excess.
According to the Metro, Kim actually had to go into hiding after binging on too much Emmental cheese.
He’s said to have developed an insatiable appetite for the Swiss cheese after spending time studying in Switzerland, leading to him importing enormous quantities.
