Kodak Black’s mug shot has been released following his arrest on weapons and drugs charges.

The rapper went AWOL on Wednesday night (April 17), when he was supposed to be performing a gig at The House of Blues in Boston, USA.

Kodak, whose real name is Bill Kapri, mysteriously cancelled the concert last minute, even though fans had already filled the venue and waited hours for his arrival, TMZ report.

At first his team claimed they had no idea why the show had been cancelled, and said they couldn’t get in touch with the rapper. However the reason for his disappearance became clear when it emerged he’d been arrested.

US Border Law enforcement revealed Kodak and two others attempted to enter the US at the Lewiston-Queenston International Bridge, which connects the US with Canada, in a Cadillac Escalade with a temporary California registration.

Kodak was reportedly the driver of the car, and when he was searched officers discovered he was carrying weed on him. After further inspection of the vehicle, the officials found a Glock 9mm pistol, which was undeclared by anyone in the car.

The rapper was also accompanied by another three individuals, who were travelling in a Porsche. The driver of that car admitted to having two handguns, and a third was found in the trunk of the car, along with more marijuana.

According to TMZ, a law enforcement source described one of the weapons as an ‘AK-style handgun with a 30-round magazine. It looks like an AK, but it’s a handgun.’

The rapper is reportedly being held in custody on a $20,000 cash bond, or a $40,000 bond.

Footage shared on social media shows disappointed fans booing at the venue in Boston, after learning the main act was a no-show.

Although the 21-year-old didn’t make it to the venue, his tour bus did, and angry fans surrounded it as they left. It’s thought opening act Calboy was one of the only ones on the bus.

One video shows the gig-goers chanting ‘fuck Kodak’ as they swarmed the vehicle:

Other footage from the night shows fighting and chaos within the crowd after the show was called off:

Kodak was next slated to perform at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut today – but it doesn’t look like he’ll make it.

There may be some more angry fans out there as a result!
