This is the moment Channel 4 presenter Krishnan Guru-Murthy stopped a news report on the Greek island of Lesbos to help refugees climb ashore.
As the controversial presenter and news reporter halted his report, which was detailing the journey refugees are making from the Middle East, he lent a hand to both adults and children climbing ashore from a rubber dinghy.
The boat had reportedly travelled six kilometres from the Turkish coast, and the task of climbing over the slippery rocks looked a challenge for the children and elderly among the group.
The scenes are a world apart from what happened in Hungary the other night, when a Hungarian camerawoman for a news channel was caught on film tripping up and kicking fleeing refugees.
What a refreshing antidote to the Hungarian camerawoman kicking refugees. Well done @krishgm http://t.co/vpMZWZ48Id
