It must have been a quiet day for Fox 13 in Utah yesterday, after their attempt to fake an accident during a live broadcast failed both hilariously and miserably.
The scene – which I have now watched roughly ten times due to the hilarity of it – happened at around 9.05am local time, and shows a girl pretending to faint after almost being ‘knocked down’ by a man in an SUV.
The video has now gone viral on Reddit, for obvious reasons, and has racked up over 200,000 views on YouTube – which is testament to the news anchor who set it up, who has achieved what she wanted for all the wrong reasons.
This is gold.
