Channel 4The as-yet unidentified 27-year-old who took part in Saturday night’s terror attack on London has resurfaced in a documentary about British jihadis released last year.
Footage from Channel 4’s ‘The Jihadis Next Door’ shows the terrorist surrounded by friends unfurling and then praying beside an ISIS flag in Regent’s Park, north-west London.
The narrator can be heard during the show saying he can’t help thinking this is ‘actively provocative.’

The 27-year-old and two others were swiftly shot dead by armed police eight minutes into their rampage through the capital city.
Police say 48 people were injured in the attack, 21 of whom were in critical condition. Seven were killed.
A person who knew one of the three London Bridge terrorists said they called an anti-terrorist hotline to report their suspicions.

He used to listen to a lot of Musa Jibril. I have heard some of this stuff and it’s very radical.
I am surprised this stuff is still on YouTube and is easily accessible.
I phoned the anti-terror hotline. I spoke to the gentleman. I told him about our conversation and why I think he was radicalised.
I did my bit, I know a lot of other people did their bit, but the authorities did not do their bit.
The BBC reported on the Today Programme on Monday that the claim could not be verified.
