A woman in Florida says she’s done with her husband after he used her as a ‘human mop’ to clean up a glass of milk she spilled while making him a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
In an extract from the 911 call released by WESH 2 News, Keith Davidson, 46, can be heard telling the police ‘she threw my peanut butter and jelly on the floor.’
In response, she can then be heard saying, “Because you ripped my shirt off and threw me on the floor. That’s why I’m yelling.”
Police told the local news station that the man has used his wife’s head and hair to clean up the mess and have arrested Davidson and charged him with battery.
Speaking about the incident, the victim – who asked not to be identified – revealed that this wasn’t even the first time he’s apparently done it.
She said: “To use me as a dish mop, it’s not the first, not the second, not the third time. But I can’t take no more. He turned into a monster.”
He has not yet entered a plea to the charge against him and is due in court on January 27th.
The wife also said that Davidson is no longer welcome in the home, adding:
You can love someone with all your heart, but if they’re not going to be a good person for you, in your life, then it’s time to just say goodbye. And it’s the hardest thing for me.
