When one 53-year-old woman was on a business trip in Denver, she thought nothing of messaging her friend to discuss their plans after her friend’s flight was delayed.
By mistake, text went to a total stranger, Henry Glendening, who at 23, was 30 years younger than sender Kasey Bergh.
What happened next changed her life forever, after Henry replied saying he would hangout if not for work, with pair then striking up a text friendship.
Amazingly, they then went on a string of dates and fell in love.
Henry claims he was inspired by a book entitled ‘The Secret’, which councils the more positive your thoughts, the more likely you are to have a happy life.
It obviously worked, because the couple dated for three years, before tying the knot this summer.
He spoke about their age difference and said:
It really didn’t make any difference.
We were so connected at that point through deeper stuff… From the very, very beginning it felt like we were on the same wavelength.
