This time, though, the footage was caught from pretty much on top of the explosion, and shows the devastating power of the blast.
The clip starts with the building on fire and emergency services attempting to put it out. Then a massive explosion hits, engulfing the entire building in flames and black smoke.

According to The Mirror this blast at a Chinese chemical plant is one of several in the last few months – in August a plant in Tianjin exploded, killing 165 and damaging buildings for three miles, and another nine were killed in a blast at a chemical factory in Shandong back in October.
