east2west newsA man from Siberia came across a human skull while gardening at his home, and uncovered a dark confession from his wife.
The man had been planting potatoes in his home vegetable garden in the village of Luzino, in the Omsk region of Siberia.
After the discovery was made, the man was shocked when his wife calmly informed him, ‘don’t worry – it’s my first husband’ before asking him to rebury the remains.

Bury the remains again, forget about it, and we won’t tell the police.
The unnamed woman allegedly killed her husband 21 years before his remains were unearthed, after ‘he came home drunk and beat me’ at their home, MailOnline reports.
During the altercation, the woman allegedly hit her spouse with an axe before dismembering him and burying his body parts in her potato patch. The victim had been 52-years-old at the time of his death.
She reportedly covered up her crime for over two decades by pretending her husband had gone off to work and never returned home.
The woman’s husband did not stick to her demands, and informed the police of his discovery and his wife’s confession.
The woman confessed to the murder according to the Russian Investigative Committee; a body which looks into solving crimes of a serious nature.
During a crime scene reconstruction which was photographed by detectives, the woman demonstrated how she had allegedly dismembered her first husband using an axe.
After digging further in the vegetable garden, police officers came across more bones.

She now faces a charge of wilful killing with a maximum penalty of a 10 year prison sentence.

east2west news/Investigative CommitteeA new documentary, Dead North, looks at the story of Kelly M. Cochran, who is currently serving a 65 year prison sentence. Cochran was charged with injecting her husband with a lethal dose of heroin and smothering him at their home in Indiana.
According to the IndyStar, Cochran has also been accused of murdering her lover, Chris Regan, before allegedly serving his remains to her neighbours at a BBQ.

Cochran confessed she and her husband lured Regan into their home; shooting and dismembering him before dumping his remains in the woods. Cochran stated she and her spouse had made a ‘pact’ to ‘kill off anyone involved in their extramarital affairs’.
However, Cochran has said she was angry at her husband, murdering him in revenge for Regan’s death according to court documents.
Cochran was sentenced for Regan’s murder in May 2017 and was sentenced on April 18 for the murder of her husband.
