Max Clifford is set to appear in court once again after being charged with one count of historical assault.
According to the Crown Prosecution Service, the assault was committed back in 1981, with the former PR manager set to appear at Westminster Magistrates Court on July 21st.
This is not the first time Clifford has found himself on the end of such claims, having already been convicted of several offences back in April 2014, with eight guilty verdicts on counts of indecent assaults ranging from 1977 and 1985, with the victims believed to have been as young as 15 at the time.
He later appealed the eight year sentence, but a judge ruled the jail term to be ‘justified and correct’.
