Florida has all the best stuff. Well all the crazy people, Flakka, and now, a deluxe McDonald’s that sells pizza.
You might remember the short lived pizza that McDonald’s had back in 1989, and while the pizza won’t be making a mainstream comeback, residents of Florida will be able to boast not only the largest Entertainment McDonald’s & PlayPlace, but also the pizza.
One Canadian journalist actually discovered that there are actually a couple of locations who have continued to serve the pizza in the US.
McDonald’s in Spencer, West Virginia and one in Pomeroy, Ohio, also sell the pizza, so while said branch of the fast food chain won’t be unique, it will be rare.
According to Orlando Business Journal, it will feature ‘an exclusive open design pizza and pasta kitchen centred around a wood-fire oven’. Fancy.
It will open in January 2016, and will probably be the envy of McDonald’s lovers everywhere.
For the rest of us, it looks like we’re sticking with Dominos.
