Noah, who just turned three in September, had traveled to the U.S. with his mum, Luisana Lopilato, and dad Michael after they raised concerns about his health.

According to Perez Hilton’s blog, Noah’s doctor first thought he was suffering from mumps, but further investigation revealed it was cancer.

It comes just a year after Noah suffered severe burns after accidentally pouring boiling water on himself while climbing on the kitchen counter.

Michael, who was in the U.S. at the time, flew home to Argentina to be with his family.

Luckily, Noah avoided having skin grafts to treat his six per cent burns, but still needed daily dressings to heal his skin, the Mirror reports.

Michael and Luisana have another son, Elias, who is 10-months-old.

This is absolutely heartbreaking news – our thoughts are with Noah and his family.
