Hold on to your Hats, Hosiery, Hi-tops and anything else you might have got on-line.
If you shop with fashion retailer ASOS, you might need to have a little look through their latest changes.
They’ve altered the way their loyalty programme works – and I for one and miffed!
Previously, the points you collect for shopping with them would expire after 12 months – giving customers more time to redeem their money off vouchers.
However,…it’s now been slashed to just six months!
Not only that, but the online giant has reduced the maximum amount of points you can earn each month from 5,000, down to 3,000.
As an account holder, you may be unaware that on every purchase you’ve made, since last February, you’ll have automatically been earning points.
For every £1 you spent, you’d receive 5 points as part of their ‘A-list loyalty programme’, which in return would be converted into vouchers for money off.
E.g. if a customer spends £100 they will earn 500 points – which results in a £5 money off voucher.
To check to see if you have any vouchers, scroll down on the ‘My account’ page and look under the gift card/voucher section.
Each voucher earned has a unique code which you can copy and apply when at the checkout.
Customers could have bagged themselves several £5 vouchers across the year but, unless you’re signed up to Asos’ mailing list, you probably wouldn’t have known.
ASOS do send emails to customers when they have earned a £5 voucher but these are often sent to spam folders or go unread.
Right, that’s me done for the day, need to go and check if I’ve got any of these vouchers waiting…
