They say that the internet caters to all fetishes, but these gross videos of a doctor popping peoples spots may be a step too far.
Pimple porn, as it’s known, is the work of Dr Sandra Lee who pops her patients pimples on camera… and it’s as grim as it sounds.
What people get out of these videos we don’t know, but Lee – who is now known as Dr Pimple Popper – has almost half a million fans on YouTube and Instagram.
The doctor said: “I think that people have a strong reaction to pimple popping … whether they are grossed out by it or they are enchanted by it.”
She’s also weirdly proud to provide these videos, saying:
I feel like I have really brought this sort of thing out of the closet in a way. Previously people were hiding in their rooms, at their computer sweating and worried that someone was going to come in and catch them looking at pimple porn… But now they feel like they have this community and it’s okay to kind of like this and be into this.
Dr Lee is based at Skin Physicians and Surgeons, California, and has been a dermatologist for ten years. However, it was only a year ago when she started posting minor operations on social media.
Lee has two types of fans those who like ‘soft pops’ and then there are ‘hard pops’. Soft pops are milder things like blackheads and smaller cysts. ‘There’s really no blood, it’s really very smooth and minor.’ She described. On the even grimmer side of thing are the hard pops which are bigger pops involving cysts and abscesses being popped out of the skin.’
The good news is that with her popularity rising, Dr Lee is now able to offer free pimple and blackhead removal to some of her patients as long as they let her film and post the procedure online.

Since then his rise has been described by himself as ‘meteoric’ rising to the esteemed rank of Social Editor at UNILAD as well as working at the BBC, Manchester Evening News, and ITV.
He credits his success to three core techniques, name repetition, personality mirroring, and never breaking off a handshake.
