A man who thought he had a problem with maggots soon realised he was dealing with a much larger, more terrifying issue.
In a gruesome video uploaded by Larry Henderson, he uses a pair of tweezers to try and extract the strange yellow creatures from a hole – however when he takes hold of the maggot he gets a hideous surprise.
As he pulls, a colossal black spider comes bursting out of the crack- clearly pissed off that someone was trying to steal his lunch – causing the man to recoil in horror.
The gruesome video was uploaded to YouTube and has already had more than 7.8 million views in the last 24 hours.
Terrified viewers were quick to comment on the footage, with one posting: “I can’t unsee that now.”
While a braver commenter added: “I would have smacked that spider back in the hole it should have stayed in.”
After seeing that spider we’d probably have burnt the house down just to make sure it was dead.
More of a concept than a journalist, Tom Percival was forged in the bowels of Salford University from which he emerged grasping a Masters in journalism.
Since then his rise has been described by himself as ‘meteoric’ rising to the esteemed rank of Social Editor at UNILAD as well as working at the BBC, Manchester Evening News, and ITV.
He credits his success to three core techniques, name repetition, personality mirroring, and never breaking off a handshake.
