Look, I’m not against nature and I’m fully aware of the food chain, but this is just cruel.
The video comes out of New Orleans, Louisiana, and shows tourists baiting a wild pig into the path of a pretty huge alligator, by chucking food in the murky water.
And if their intentions weren’t clear enough, you eventually hear a man on the boat say ‘we need to feed him one of these pigs,’ before more food is seen landing in the water. Then, they get their wish.
As the helpless animal screams and frantically tries to escape to safety, the other pigs rush forward in an attempt to help it, but they have no chance, and the pig is soon dragged under the water where it undoubtedly became a pretty enjoyable feast.

I suppose you can argue that this situation was inevitable anyway, and the tourists on the boat only sped up the natural process, and that I need to toughen up and stop caring for wild pigs that don’t know me.
But I don’t care for your argument.
