Following a couple of days of speculation, Nintendo have officially announced that Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon will be coming to 3DS later this year.
Rumours began to circulate that Nintendo would announce the games at their Pokemon Nintendo Direct briefing after the logos were leaked online.
True to form, the games have now been confirmed and will be winging their way to us later this year. While there’s no news on what will be in the games, the video announcing them shows some concept art of what we can expect to see, as well as some character designs for Sun and Moon. This week marks the 2oth anniversary of the original Pokemon games releasing in Japan, and there’s expected to be more info on the games before they drop.
