A French woman has launched an online campaign to find the father of her unborn child.

Natalie Amyot, 26, spent an evening with a ‘really cute’ Australian man while on a three-month trip to Australia. She met him at a bar in Mooloolaba on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, and says it was ‘love at first sight for her’.

They spent the night together, and she flew to Paris the next day. Six weeks later she discovered she was pregnant, but had lost the phone with his number on it.

Not the man (or is it?)

She’s now returned to Australia in an attempt to locate the man. She has no family of her own, and says that if he doesn’t want anything to do with the baby that’s fine, she just wants to try and let him know about the kid.

She says in the video:

Hello I am Natalie and I’m from France and today I am making this video because I need your help

Three months ago I came to Mooloolaba, I had an amazing time, I met amazing people. On the last night we had a party.

I met a really cute guy. For me it was love at first sight. And we had a beautiful night.

She has described the man as 183cm tall, with blue eyes, blond hair and a tan. Unfortunately, that sounds like most men on the Sunshine Coast.

Good luck to her, I hope she finds him.
