President Donald Trump has responded to the suicide bombing which took place in Manchester last night, labelling the man behind it an ‘evil loser’.

And while it may seem slightly juvenile to label a man who killed over 20 people a ‘loser’ the president actually had a surprisingly good reason for his choice of words The Guardian reports.

The president explained that he refused to label them ‘monsters’ because he believes that’s what ‘they’ want, so instead he’ll call them what they are ‘losers’.

President Trump said:

I extend my deepest condolences to those so terribly injured… and to the so many families of the victims. We stand in absolute solidarity with the people of the United Kingdom.

So many young beautiful and innocent people living and enjoying their lives, murdered… by evil losers in life,” he said on Tuesday, speaking from the occupied West Bank.

I won’t call them monsters because they would like that term. They would think that’s a great name. I will call them from now on losers because that’s what they are, they’re losers. And we’ll have more of them. But they’re losers, just remember that.

Mr Trump’s made his comments on Tuesday morning from Bethlehem, where he is currently visiting Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas.

Police have reported that 22 people, some of whom were children, were killed at an Ariana Grande pop concert in Manchester Arena late last night after a suicide bomber detonated an improvised explosive device (IED).

A major police investigation is now underway and security has been tightened in all major cities across the UK.
