Russia has not yet ceased to amaze me. Once again we bring you footage from the ex-Soviet motherland, this time a man who really knows how to swing.
He knows how to swing a bit too much.
He attempts to swing round a pull up bar, again and again he goes, building up momentum, until. Snap. Both arms. And shoulders. It’s fucking horrible. The noise more than anything. My God. The noise.
