A cheapskate Russian bloke is suing the girl who dumped him for the ‘expenses’ she incurred while dating him over their two-year relationship.
Nina Zgurskaya told Russia’s Prima TV that after a romantic trip to the Crimean seaside went awry, her relationship with the young Siberian lawyer began to break down, The Telegraph reports.
Nina had apparently expected the lawyer to propose to her after their two years together, but when he failed to pop the question they argued over the future of their relationship and split up.
She explained:
We went to Fedosia, Crimea, for 12 days and agreed that it was a romantic trip where he will propose to me. But it didn’t happen. So I left.
Her loser ex couldn’t take the rejection though and only a few weeks later Nina was served court papers demanding that she pay back all the money he’d spent on her, including receipts from florists, restaurants and cafes.
Incredibly her tight arse boyfriend is claiming that he’s owed 45,000 roubles, which includes his legal fees, for the money he spent on her while they were together.
To put this into context that’s £466, meaning that in two years this skinflint spent less on his girlfriend than most blokes drop on a games console.
Unsurprisingly Siberia’s Krasnodar regional court threw out his first claim, but the stubborn and clearly bitter young man has now lodged an appeal.
Rather disgustingly he says that he never considered Ms Zgurskaya his girlfriend and that the pair had nothing but a ‘working relationship’.
The man said:
She can’t prove that we were even in a relationship… I never said that I was giving her a present or a free ride. Is it immoral to go to court? Am I expected to give money to every woman on the street?
What a dick…
